Simon Elvins
Co-Founder & Head of Art
Simon started his career working in identity and branding where he had his own studio and worked directly with clients in the arts and cultural sector, such as the British Council, Whitechapel Gallery and the Royal College of Art. Since then he worked at Wieden+Kennedy London for over 6 years where he led projects for Coca-Cola, Honda and Three. Simon has headed up the design department since he joined Wonderhood and is responsible for the overall visual output of the agency.
Roy Barker
Creative & Design Operations Director
Roy joined Wonderhood Studios in 2021 to build and lead their Creative Project Management department, alongside managing day-to-day working processes for the Advertising Studio. His responsibility for bolstering the output of photography, illustration and design has led to founding Wonderhood’s Design Studio, alongside Simon Elvins.
Tommy Spitters
Design Lead
Tommy started his career as an editorial designer working on books and magazines before becoming a freelance designer working on a broad spectrum of projects. He’s worked in house for brands like Apple and Nike and most recently Rapha, where he helped develop the visual direction for their mountain bike offering. He joined Wonderhood Design in June 2024 to help provide overall support to Wonderhood's unique design offering.
Lara Masojada
Design Project Manager
Lara's career started as a designer working for a menswear fashion label, Blood Brother. From here she moved over to VCCP where her advertising career began. In Jan 2022 Lara moved to Wonderhood Studios to marry her design & advertising experience by joining the Design Studio. Here she has helped launch the Design Studio whilst working on campaigns for Three, YouTube and Abel & Cole.
Joe Harris
Strategy Director
Joe started his career at The Brooklyn Brothers where he worked across a range of clients from global automotive clients to challenger energy providers. Here he picked up a total of 7 gold Effies awards for his work for Icelandic tourism and drove record growth for Icelandair. Joe moved to Australia in 2019 to join the most effective agency in the country: The Monkeys. Joe joined Wonderhood in 2021 as Strategy Director and works across Three, Branston and Starling Bank.
Millie Watson
Account Director
Millie moved to the UK at the start of 2022 from New Zealand where she worked on their largest telco company for 5 years. Since joining Wonderhood Studios at the start of 2023, Millie has led INEOS Grenadier to their first global campaign and rebrand launching in the UK, US Germany and Australia. Throughout her time at Wonderhood, she’s also led the YouTube creator brand launching their new platform in the US and EMEA.
Eddy Yan
New Business & Marketing Director
After studying Architecture at university, Eddy pivoted industries and started his career in advertising at BBH in 2018. He worked on Barclays, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and more prominently on Western Union; creating global toolkits and leading a brand refresh that went live in over 80+ markets. Since joining Wonderhood Studios in 2020, Eddy led Three’s rebrand, growing up the brand alongside a new brand platform and positioning, as well as helping modernise Branston’s look and feel in their 100th year. Eddy was also shortlisted as Campaign’s Faces to Watch in 2021 and is currently Co-Chair of the Diversity Working Group.
Millie Smith
New Business & Marketing Executive
Millie's previous experience spans a range of industries before she transitioned into the world of advertising in early 2022, when she started at Valentine Worldwide, working across social and experiential channels for client JTI.
In the summer of 2023, she joined the Wonderhood team, where she assisted in launching the Design Studio. Additionally, Millie works closely with the team on new client projects and contributing to the studio's growth through new business.
