Aidan has been an award-winning creative at some of London’s top creative agencies including AMV, Mother, BBH, and adam&eveDDB. In 2016 he joined the BBC to help set up BBC Creative, the corporation’s inhouse creative agency. Within two years the agency was responsible for all of the BBC’s marketing output.

Jess has worked for some of the UK’s most innovative and creative agencies, creating famous work that gets talked about. She helped launch the long-running ‘Al and Monkey’ for PG Tips and ‘’Here come the girls’ for Boots. Under Jess’ strategic leadership at Adam&Eve, the agency won both IPA Effectiveness agency of the year and APG strategy agency of the year.

Ben Edwards & Guy Hobbs

Ben Edwards & Guy Hobbs

Joint ECDs

Ben and Guy teamed up five years ago and have already produced an array of award-winning work, including Pay it Forward for Big Issue, This Girl Can, and Burger King. Most recently, they spent 3 years at BBH where they helped Tesco win an IPA Grand Prix and picked up a Cannes Lion for Justice4Grenfell. They joined Wonderhood as ECDs in April 2022 and oversee the creative department alongside Aidan.

Nick Exford

Nick Exford

Head of Planning

Nick started his advertising career at adam&eveDDB before moving to Wieden & Kennedy to work on Nike, Three and Sainsbury’s. Nick joined Wonderhood Studios in 2018, and has since helped the company to win new business with Starling Bank, Mizkan and his former client Three, as well as applying his strategic thinking to television projects with Studio C.

Sam has partnered with some of the world’s most famous brands to create effective and award-winning communications. She spent the majority of her career at adam&eveDDB where she ran John Lewis, H&M and Google. She was running the global Cadbury account when Wonderhood poached her to lead the Account Management department and Three.

Roy Barker

Roy Barker

Head of Project Management & Print Production

Roy’s career began at AMV, before moving to indy start-up adam&eve in 2011, proving instrumental in their DDB merger the following year. Quickly entrusted to grow and run departments, he led their new Creative Production and Integrated Production offering. In 2021, Roy joined Wonderhood Studios to build and lead their Creative Project Management department, alongside taking responsibility for bolstering the output of both photography and design.



Natasha Johnson

Natasha has spent time both agency and production company side, working predominantly across ads and branded entertainment. Most recently, Natasha was at Wieden+Kennedy London where she worked on Visa, Gumtree, Nike and Intuit QuickBooks. Natasha joined Wonderhood in Jan 2022 to oversee the film production department.

Jack Colchester

Director of Data Strategy

Jack's data wizardry has helped successfully launch Xbox’s new game console across 27 countries, created some of KFC’s most successful social campaigns (taking home the WARC Grand Prix for Effectiveness) and created global headlines with the ‘Three Billboards outside Grenfell Tower’ activation. In 2018 Jack joined Wonderhood to lead the Data Studio, bridging the gap between culture and brands and identifying unique actionable insights as a springboard for creativity.

Simon Elvins

Simon Elvins

Head of Art

Simon started his career working in identity and branding where he had his own studio and worked directly with clients in the arts and cultural sector, such as the British Council, Whitechapel Gallery and the Royal College of Art. Since then he worked at Wieden+Kennedy London for over 6 years where he led projects for Coca-Cola, Honda and Three. Simon has headed up the design department since he joined Wonderhood and is responsible for the overall visual output of the agency.
