Aidan McClure

Founder & CCO

Aidan has been an award-winning creative at some of London’s top creative agencies including AMV, Mother, BBH, and Adam&Eve. After being made Creative Director at Adam&EVE DDB he looked after Google, VW UK, McCains, and John Smiths before joining the BBC in 2016 as founding ECD to help set up BBC Creative, the corporation’s inhouse creative agency.

Founder & CSO

Jessica Lovell is one of the founders of Wonderhood Studios. Before founding Wonderhood, she worked for some of the UK’s most innovative and creative agencies, creating advertising campaign and big brand ideas for leading global brands and cultural institutions.

At Wonderhood Studios, Jess is the Chief Strategy Officer where she not only leads the Advertising and Brand Strategy studios but also heads up the companies branded entertainment projects.

Alex has a wealth of experience in developing famously effective work. He has taken learnings from some of the worlds best agencies to develop a way of working with clients that leads to close, open and collaborative client relationships, powerful creative work and importantly, strong results.

Ben Edwards & Guy Hobbs

Joint ECDs

Ben and Guy teamed up five years ago and have already produced an array of award-winning work, including Pay it Forward for Big Issue, This Girl Can, and Burger King. Most recently, they spent 3 years at BBH where they helped Tesco win an IPA Grand Prix and picked up a Cannes Lion for Justice4Grenfell. They joined Wonderhood as ECDs in April 2022 and oversee the creative department alongside Aidan.

Deputy ECD's

Stacey and Jack joined Wonderhood in 2018 from 4Creative, Channel 4’s in-house agency and have been behind some of Wonderhood’s most award-winning and effective work such as Comic Relief, Nike, Branston pickle and Macmillan.

In April of 2024, they were promoted to Deputy ECD's and now oversee the creative direction across some of our key accounts, including Starling, Hargreaves Lansdown and Belazu.

Caroline Parkes

Caroline Parkes

Chief Experience Officer​

Caroline is an expert in customer experience and loyalty, with three decades of data led creativity under her belt. She was previously the CSO at RAPP, helping the agency win Campaign’s Customer Marketing Agency of the Year in 2022 and 2023. She’s worked on some of the UK’s most loved brands (including IKEA, Land Rover & KFC) and is obsessed with driving growth, by leveraging customer data and turning customers into advocates. Having won a Cannes Lion and three DMA Grand Prix, Caroline is also a respected industry effectiveness judge (including IPA Effectiveness and Effies) and is the chair of the DMA Awards. She joined Wonderhood in 2024 to create a unique CX offering.​

Head of Planning

Nick started his advertising career at adam&eveDDB before moving to Wieden & Kennedy to work on Nike, Three and Sainsbury’s. Nick joined Wonderhood Studios in 2018, and has since helped the company to win new business with Starling Bank, Mizkan and his former client Three, as well as applying his strategic thinking to television projects with Studio C.

Managing Director

Sam has partnered with some of the world’s most famous brands to create effective and award-winning communications. She spent the majority of her career at adam&eveDDB where she ran John Lewis, H&M and Google. She was running the Cadbury account globally at VCCP when Wonderhood poached her to lead the Account Management department, Branded Entertainment and our flagship partner Three.

David White

David White

Head of Account Management

David joined Wonderhood Studios in 2022, after seven years at BBH making award-winning campaigns for Barclays, Burger King, Pernod Ricard and Tesco. He was promoted to Head of Account Management in July 2024, and leads the Entain, Meta and Dream Game client businesses. David’s favourite piece of Wonderhood work under his belt is Sarson’s Save Your Chippy for its insight, purpose and bold use of media.

Eddy Yan

New Business & Marketing Director

Eddy started his career in advertising at BBH and joined Wonderhood Studios in 2020 to work on our flagship account, Three. Since then, he has led a broad range of clients including Starling Bank, Coral and Belazu. In 2023, Eddy helped launch the Design Studio and has now increased his cross-studio leadership by running the New Business department.

Roy Barker

Creative & Design Operations Director

Roy joined Wonderhood Studios in 2021 to build and lead their Creative Project Management department, alongside managing day-to-day working processes for the Advertising Studio. His responsibility for bolstering the output of photography, illustration and design has led to founding Wonderhood’s Design Studio, alongside Simon Elvins.



Natasha Johnson

Head of Production

Natasha joined Wonderhood in 2022 to oversee the production department. Partnering with world-class directors and talent, the agency has since then picked up awards at The British Arrows, D&AD and Campaign BIG, amongst others. Natasha also plays a pivotal role in ensuring Wonderhood is working with diverse talent and partners across all productions.

Jack Colchester

Jack Colchester

Director of Data Strategy

Jack's data wizardry has helped successfully launch Xbox’s new game console across 27 countries, created some of KFC’s most successful social campaigns (taking home the WARC Grand Prix for Effectiveness) and created global headlines with the ‘Three Billboards outside Grenfell Tower’ activation. In 2018 Jack joined Wonderhood to lead the Data Studio, bridging the gap between culture and brands and identifying unique actionable insights as a springboard for creativity.

Simon Elvins

Simon Elvins

Co-Founder & Head of Art

Simon started his career working in identity and branding where he had his own studio and worked directly with clients in the arts and cultural sector, such as the British Council, Whitechapel Gallery and the Royal College of Art. Since then he worked at Wieden+Kennedy London for over 6 years where he led projects for Coca-Cola, Honda and Three. Simon has headed up the design department since he joined Wonderhood and is responsible for the overall visual output of the agency.
