Our D&I Mission Statement
We are a creative organisation that connects two disciplines: television and advertising.
For two disciplines that are meant to hold up a mirror to our modern and multi-cultural society, these industries have been too white, too London-centric, too cis, too middle class, and too able-bodied for too long. It is our unique responsibility to offer opportunities that champion diversity, not only in our company but the work that we produce as well.
