Our DE&I Mission Statement
At Wonderhood, we are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity across our organisation and in our creative output.
Recognising the importance of reflecting the rich tapestry of our modern, multicultural society, we actively champion diversity in both our workforce and the content we produce.
As part of this commitment, Wonderhood is continuously engaged in initiatives aimed at providing opportunities for groups that have historically been underrepresented in the advertising and television industries.
Through partnerships, outreach programs, and diversity-focused recruitment efforts, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of background, can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
The Brokerage
To further our dedication to DE&I at Wonderhood, we are proud partners of 'The Brokerage', a social mobility charity focused on empowering young people from working-class and ethnic minority backgrounds to pursue their career aspirations. Through this partnership, Wonderhood provides opportunities for young individuals to participate in immersive experiences lasting between 1 to 6 weeks, aimed at providing invaluable insights into the industry. We are excited about the impact of this initiative and remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
London Living Wage Foundation
Wonderhood is deeply committed to ensuring that all individuals associated with our organisation are paid a fair and dignified wage. That's why we're proud to announce that we've secured accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation.
This commitment means that everyone, whether they're an agency worker, freelancer, or employee, will receive a minimum hourly wage of £13.15. The real living wage reflects the actual cost of living and enables our colleagues to lead fulfilling lives.
At Wonderhood, we believe in fair compensation for all, regardless of employment status or role. Securing accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation reaffirms our dedication to supporting the well-being and prosperity of our entire workforce.

We Are Doc Women
Wonderhood Television has signed up to We Are Doc Women’s 50:50 pledge, so that at least 50% of our programmes are directed by women. We ensure our productions are Albert-certified for sustainable best practice (https://wearealbert.org/).
