Poisoned: Killer in the Post

A gripping investigation following the death of a young British man sparks a global manhunt for a man selling young people lethal poison. Partnering with bereaved parents, a Times Journalist investigates and tracks down an online poison seller, since arrested and accused of sending over 1,000 packages of poison to young people across the globe.

Rooted in the documentary’s unsettling narratives, the design explores distortion and unease through refracted, fragmented, and fuzzy treatments of the title. Positioned over a darkened figure, the identity becomes a reflection of the hidden and haunting stories within. The visual concept was adapted and carried through Sheffield DocFest posters and documentary break sequences.
