V&A Together, we make it V&A
A new employer identity was created for the V&A to help attract and retain diverse talent in a challenging creative employment market.
Shaped by staff and volunteer insights, the identity centres on purpose - reflecting why people join and stay: to be part of something meaningful. Building on the line “Together, we make it V&A,” a bold graphic ribbon weaves through imagery of employees and volunteers, visually connecting roles, spaces and stories across the museum.
A bespoke animation generator allows the team to create flexible, evolving content across recruitment, digital and internal communications. Photographed by Jessica Eliza Ross at V&A South Kensington and V&A East, the campaign captures an authentic, behind-the-scenes view of life at the V&A.
